What should I do if I find a nest of wild Roswell animals in the attic?

Most likely if you do find a nest of wild Roswell animals in the attic you want to get them out of there because most assuredly in a rather quick time they will present numerous hazards to you and your family, not only will they be using your attic as a toilet but depending on what the animal is they could also be doing damage to your electrical wiring, which could become a fire hazard, and also they could be doing structural damage to the wood beams in your roof, this is usually the main damage done by rodents that need to chew all the time.

The other main consideration if you find a nest in your roof is, how many Georgia animals are there up there, and if it is more than one are they a mother with babies or a bunch of adults. It is a mother with a litter of young then in most states it is actually illegal to do anything unless the babies leave the roof with their mother, this most babies will do once they become mobile, they will go with mom on her foraging trips and that is the time, when they are all out of the attic to exclude them permanently. This sort of infestation usually occurs in spring and early summer but don't forget once you have excluded the family this time that if mom survives till next spring is odds-on she will come back to rare another brood in your nice warm and dry attic.

If it is a bunch of adults that are moved in there is most likely late fall or even early winter, and they have moved in for the obvious reasons, your attic is a nice place to spend the winter, all that lovely insulation makes wonderful nests. This bunch, which probably keep you awake half the night when they first move in usually are pretty easy to get rid off, depending on the species the object will be to frighten them out of the attic, once they are out you block up all the entrances and exits so they are effectively excluded but don't think that solves your problem, a lot of animals can eat their way back in, rats in particular are very very determined when they set their mind to it and have been known to chew their way through a solid cinderblock to get where they want to go.

Now if your pest animal was Roswell squirrels and you find their food stashes in your roof and don't remove them as well to a place where the squirrels can find them easily than the squirrels will do anything to get back into your roof, those food supplies are all that is going to keep the squirrels live during winter so they have to have them.
